I helped grow the Figma community in Chennai to over 1,000 active designers.
Started from zero. No playbook. Just showing up, organising events, and creating spaces for designers to connect, learn, and build together.
There's something deeply satisfying about watching people meet at your event and then collaborate on projects months later.
The Small Wins That Compound

- Every designer who landed a job after getting feedback at a community session
- Every conversation that turned into a lasting friendship
These don't show up on a resume, but they're the things I'll remember.
